Yes, but also he loves to work, and he never runs out of ideas. Both those things are uncommon.

Really? To me it seems everyone has ideas. But, yes, not everyone loves to work -- only those do who work based on their own ideas.

However, Karl Lagerfeld says: "Sometimes it’s easy to have ideas, but somebody has to find a way to do it. Often those responsibe for finding a way don’t have the idea."

But also:
