I loved the faces everybody were making before she started singing. Like Simon's when she said she was 47... "get this turd off the stage..."
Update: this is funny, Susan said she wants to be as famous as Elaine Paige. I looked up Elaine on YouBoob, and *everybody* is looking her up because of Susan. Seems Susan has reached her goal overnight!

I was thinking after seeing the clip that half the audience would be thinking "She means Ellen Page, not Elaine", and the other half would be Googling to find out who EP was.
I'm now struggling to remember what Paige looks like, I think, visually, I have her mixed up with Bonnie Tyler, and vocally with Jennifer whatchamacalit who had that hit single "The Power of Love" (not the Frankie Goes to Hollywood, or Huey Lewis one, but the same year) Ah Rush. (Jennifer Rush, not the Canadian rock band who don't sound like they were in Evita).

Yeah, she probably didn't realise that for her dream to come true it would mean that Elaine Paige would have to reach her level of fame, not the other way around. :-)))
