Wii scream

Beware, noisy video.
It seems the claims that video games can do strange things to kids' minds may not be so wrong.

With other family members, I bought a Wii for my nephews. The reaction was more erudite than this, but sincere. "How do you say thank you for a present like this?"

I actually bought one for myself in 2007, but got bored with it because what I did with the stick seemed to have only so much influence on what happened on the screen. For instance it was impossible to throw a gutter ball in bowling.

I have to disagree with one thing...it is VERY possible to throw a gutter ball in Wii Bowling. I've done it many times... :)

Funny, I tried many times on purpose, it never happened.

I think he liked the gift.

But which one is the bestest: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or the WII?

And when are the next generation consoles due?

You have missed your calling. Get your flabby Danish ass down to the bowling alley. I have to tell you when you get on the pro circuit you will have to gain 50 lbs.

That scream was so obviously faked. He wouldn't have done it had he not been on camera. Stupid kid. Smack yo dumb ass!

Yeah, I've seen the gutter ball lots of times. I've played it quite a bit with my sister, I can get the ball to spin and everything.

"That scream was so obviously faked."

Lol, you don't know very many kids, do you sir?

I do. I'm not saying they don't scream like that but this one seemed staged for the camera.

An illustration of the pleasures of anticipation; I'd guess the reaction would have been more subdued if he'd actually played the thing before.

Gee, ya think so?

I must be the only with eyes here. Look at the length of time between when it's opened and when he screams. Obviously faked. What a ham.

I did actually notice that. You could be right.

I also noticed the lag time, but I interpreted it to be due to confusion, and taking some time to fully grasp the implications after the present had been identified.

There are tons of videos like these online so this boy is not the only one who was caught on camera doing the Wii Scream! To read more about this and a few other Wii Screams as well as the Nintendo 64 Scream which has drawn in over 8,000,000 visitors, read Did You Do The Wii Scream When You Received Your Wii Video Game Console?
