I have PhotoStudio 5.5 which has an "auto enhance" feature among its editing tools. Sometimes, it works wonders on a washed-out image, but other times, it can turn a passable one into something weird - so it all depends on what you had to start with - pretty much like sex.

If Fall wasn't so late this year, these could have been taken in my own garden! That's more or less the same plants we have.
The first image, enhanced, is very nice Eolake. Very nice "color" composition.
