Photographers in UK

The debate about photographer's rights continues in UK.
"The right to take pictures in public has once again hit the headlines with reports that a lifelong bus spotter has quit after wrongly been labelled a 'terrorist and paedophile'."

This whole thing falls under the "moral panic" thing I posted about recently.

the Terrorism Act 2000

Interesting. There was a previous "Prevention of terrorism act" which allowed police the right to detain an individual for more than 24 hours if terrorism was suspected. That one was for prevention.

I wonder if the 2000 act is to promote terrorism.

Similarly I had to renew my greencard through The Department of Homeland Security, but initially I got it through The Immigration and Naturalization Service. I wonder if these new names help? As a resident near Windscale.
