Isn't this amazing, almost like a psychedelic sculpture.

It's cool. Also makes me think of one that I was introduced to, just a couple of years ago, that I think is absolutely fascinating in it's design: meet the 'Broccoli Romanesco.' :-)

Yeah...I've had it, before, myself...a couple of years ago. I didn't want to cook it, it was so fascinating! lol! Took several pics of it as well.

It was a "bear" to find the name. Google didn't "like" it when I tried to describe it as a combination of broccoli and cauliflower.

Nice blog, BTW. :-)

And of course both plants show two sets of fibonacci spirals, 3+5 for the first, 8+13 for the Romanesco!
