Ya, I'd say the "public's right to know" is different when it's a toxic spill, rather than that Kate Moss has done coke.
I used to snort Coke, but the bubbles just killed the inside of my nose.

They don't teach you these things in school, for some reason.
It's dealer ethics... you don't push the kids onto other kinds of drugs.
