The famous Amazon hallucinogenic tea. Clearly not for dilettantes.

Wow, Madventures, one of Finlands lesser-known exports... Incidentally, part of this was shot with a DSLR, the Nikon D90. So it kinda fits in with the photography also.

Kool, didn't know that. Maybe the infrared scenes?

Wow! "Far out, Man!" lol! I was kind of "digging" the host (that accent; the eyes...)...until he started rolfing!! lol! GLAD he came out on "the other side" a "changed" dude! It seems that the second dude needed a redo...although I don't think that he would, voluntarily, sign up to try, again! Poor guy! :-(

They can keep their magic "medicine"! I don't think it would be worth the "trip"...physically nor any other. :-(

I've seen a documentary about it...

Basically, you have to be prepared to face whatever lurks in your inner self. It can be quite risky for some. Not for dilettantes, indeed!

Better have done some deep personal spiritual work FIRST.

"until he started rolfing!!"
Haha! That's the first time I actually see this used as a verb.
Nice one, TC. :-)

And I agree with you: this stuff is for those seeking/in need of a shock therapy to explore within themselves.
Me, I've got a very efficient automatic intuition which I know how to follow and then dig deeper while fully conscious.
Which is all the better.

Like, why take pills or booze that help you have great sex, but you retain no memory of that fun time? An utter waste, IMHO.

I just checked with my mother for the name. She remembers watching the docu with me, but "I was too tired, it's all blurred in a hazy memory".
Like a hallucinated fog?
Jeez, if it even works through TV, that's some powerful ganja, mon!
