He doesn't look like Bruce Willis. And those are my fears exactly.
...and she's no Cybill Shepherd. Stay tuned for Episode II, "LibreOfficeLighting"...
They should maybe have either based this on a more recent show or, if they wanted to use an old one maybe something higher quality. As it is, I'd rather the Google approach than Microsoft's usual of just throwing a product infested with bugs out there and doing fuck all to fix it.
Wow, I don't think that TV show has been shown here, at least I'm not familiar with it. That explains some of why this seemed so odd. What show was it?
Ah, Google again... "Moonlighting". Worth a watch?
Moonlighting aired in the UK in the mid 80's, I remember it in high school. When die hard came along a few of use were thinking "Right, Mr Moonlighting in an action flick".When we only had 4 TV stations, sometimes this was the best offering, and if at that time you had nothing better to do than TV, then it was watchable. If I remember rightly it was a genteel comedy, with the occasional surreal happening, and pitted alongside the tough detective and femme fatale (Willis and Shepherd) was the Brooklyn gal and trainee detective romance/comic relief of Agnes Depesto (sp) and whatsisname. You may enjoy, but definitely a rental, not a keeper. Be ready for big hair, and pastel shirt with wide collars.
Thanks. Well, Cybill was definitely a bonafide beauty as young. I tried "Cybill", though, and it didn't keep my interest, despite having that redhead in it (Alicia Witt) and having Chuck Lorre behind it. And despite ostensibly being a comedy. Odd.(Man, Chuck Lorre is bitter about that show! But then he is bitter about at least half the world it seems.)
Ah, Google again... "Moonlighting". Worth a watch? No.
