Apart from going back to my Rollermouse, I'm also now trying some software called
StretchWare. As you can imagine, it's simple various stretch exercises with a timed reminder to do them. The interface is a little out of date, but that matters less, it feels good to do the stretches, and I'm looking forward to seeing the long term effects.

I haven't tried the software, but I've long had the book, and I think it is a treasure.
I had no idea there was a book. What's it called?
"Stretching"! It's right there on the left side bar http://www.shelterpub.com/_fitness/_stretching/stg_book.html
My old copy is now doing the rounds among friends, so I thought I would order the new revised edition (20th anniversary). Looks like they don't ship to Spain so, their loss. I bought from Amazon UK as usual. They have the 30th anniversary edition scheduled for May 2010.
Right.
I think I had linked in directly to the software page, and I was only looking for software, so...
The software is flaking out on my though, it has not given the alerts today. I'll try a different setting.
