Animated desktops

I've been asking for years why I can't have animated desktops for my Mac. Like slow-running videos going over a nice land- or city-scape, or whatever. It doesn't seem like it should be a tough problem.

And now I can, but typically it comes first to the dumb Android platform!
On my Samsung Galaxy Tab I have a s computer-animated snow background which is lovely, and where I can change a multitude of aspects of it, colors etc. It will even follow night and day!

That's what ah'm tahlkin' about. Sure, the Mac screen are much larger, but then the machines have like eight super-processor cores sitting about, most of them doing nothing most of the time.

And..."we're" kidding, right?! :-)

But GLAD your "wish" came true before Christmas! ;-)

Well, a hand-held per definition has much less processing power than a desktop system, so per definition it's "dumb".

TC, you semi-sweet thing you!

When are you going to update your blog?

It's next month already, darling!

Your public awaits!

But of course it was also a take on the childish thing, like "You said we were going to Disney World, instead we came here at dumb Five Flags".

I think VLC will allow you to do this.

I'm not going to "go there" but...I can imagine why I have, now, turned to only "semi-sweet"! lol!

"When are you going to update your blog?"

Um...I did, just a few minutes ago! Not sure my blog is going to be as "exciting" as you might be hoping it will be! I'm definitely NOT going to be posting stuff re: Howard Stern! lol!

"It's next month already, darling!"

Yes, it is, isn't it?! "Happy December"! :-D Truthfully, I hadn't thought about blogging much. I had only made it available for that "duped" incident 'cuz Eo wanted somewhere to link to. :-/

"Your public awaits!"

I would probably just, mostly, crank out stuff re: music on my music blogs and I guess the occasional movie that I have seen. I'll try to remember to post something every once in awhile. :-)
