Ted Orland photography
I knew Ted Orland had written excellent books, but I'd never taken a closer look at his photos. I'm glad I did now. See for instance his wonderful pictures with the cheap plastic Holga camera.

I have seen places like this without snow. The question I would ask of no one in particular is who camped under the trees in summers past, and what ever happened to them? I could tell a story about those trees and no one could say it wasn't true. Paul.
Thank you for turning me on to Ted Orland's Photography...He is not only good...He's great...
I went to his web site and sent him an e-mail to tell him how much I enjoyed his work...
I also told him about the time I met Ansel Adams in Columbia,SC and chatted and drank some beer with him...
Back in the 70's I once did a series of photos taken with my own home-made pinhole camera...Ted Holga camera series reminded me of them...I hope some day I can meet him and see his work first hand...
