Man Busted for Being Naked at Home (updated)

[Thanks to Jeff.]
Man Busted for Being Naked at Home, article.
They were on his property, and they are suing him for being naked?! ... just when you think the world can't get any weirder...

Update:
I'm reminded of a remarkable incident in my own life. About 12 years ago, when Domai was a very young site, I started writing a fictional story for the newsletter. The story described how I walked past a window where a nude lady came out, and neither of us were embarrassed.
I wrote half the story, and the next morning on the way to work (I still had my day job, that's how long ago this was), that exact thing happened to me! It was early and dark, and I walked past a house on the edge of the industrial district, and this gorgeous young woman came out of the shower and into her kitchen, which had a whole glass door, giving me full view of her wet, slim, beautiful figure.
No, I was not offended and did not call the police! I loved it!
And what an amazing "coincidence"!

Great. One more thing to think about whenever I urinate in my back yard after dark.

Umm. Huh?? What a messed up situation. Maybe I'm not 100% comfortable with people seeing me nude... but that doesn't mean people can't be. Talk about easily offended...

I can't believe that the police even responded. I mean, lady get a life!! And and by the way, what were you doing on HIS property at 5:30 in the morning anyway?

I'm not sure that EOs comment "just when you think the world can't get any weirder..." is quite strong enough.

Maybe he can counter sue - they were cutting through his front yard. Isn't that a crime? They might not have seen him otherwise.

It's interesting that they say the police thought he wanted to be seen, but they won't tell us how they came to that conclusion.

It's also interesting that of those who voted only 2% think he should be charged.

"Really, Officer, my son and I could see him clearly in the dark, with our night-vision binoculars. How shocking!"

"No, I was not offended and did not call the police!"
And they actually let you leave the asylum???
Dear Jehovah, what's this world coming to? ;-p

"Maybe he can counter sue"
Good idea. Counter the voyeuristic wench training her mini-spy brat. That's what I'd immediately do.
But where is it mentioned that the trespassing woman's name is Sue? ;-)

I've noticed the votes too. I even participated.
Weird me. :-)

Now we know where that odd 2% came from!
