Clever engineering
Tommy sent this example of top-notch home-engineering. Looks safe to me! Notice the front wheels hardly touching the road. Should make for light steering!

Ahh yes, from my home state of Utah (US). Quite possibly a "Rube Goldberg" job for the Hunt (see the hunting joke you posted earlier). In Utah the Hunt is taken as a religious holiday.
I saw these about two years ago and knowing the down force on the tongue of that vintage goose-neck trailer, I am surprised the front wheels are on the ground at all. Trust me, they did not get where they were planning to go.
One does have to admire the turning of the 4"x4" lumber so it fit in the hole for a normal hitch ball. Not to mention the ingenious use of plywood to distribute the load.
