Windows 7 beta to do
a proper install, and
finding it didn't.

No, can't be, that's just too obvious.
He's trying to unistall Windows 7 Beta after it actually did install and asked for the password in Korean (or some other non-Latin character set).

I think it is about brute force is not the answer.
