I just had lunch at a place with, today, several very cute waitresses, including one who was the spitting image of Maggie Gyllenhaal. (Movies: "Secretary", "Stranger Than Fiction", and "Adaptation", all good.) Same roguish smile and everything. That doesn't suck! And she seemed to appreciate me mentioning it.
(More pictures of Maggie.)

Maybe it was Maggie herself, doing research for a future film in which she plays a waitress.
You don't want to run into her when she's researching a role as a serial killer, though.
I find her one of those "not quite right" looks. I do find her attractive, but in a way that suggests to my mind, "What is it I'm looking at here?" Uma Thurman and Juliette Lewis twig the same instinct somehow. Whereas Farrah Fawcett or Pam Anderson twigs something entirely different, more along the lines of "that's exactly the normal thing."
I find a good place to study female faces and postures is watching (not staring at) flight attendants. Very interesting faces, hairstyles, body-shapes and all that. And how the uniform suits them, or not.
This has become a hobby of mine.
Just today I saw a nice girl with a wonderful "curly" mouth, you know that type of a rounded mouth that forms a small hole showing the white tip of the front teeth. Wonnnnnnnnnnderful......
Amazing how they manage to look so beautiful, their job ain't easy at all.
I was once on a plane with two stewardesses, one black, one blonde, both beautiful. Lovely, salt and pepper.
