Very neat, but not very functional, I think. I mean, even if you live in a continent where rain is as exceptional as sense in Dubya's speech, you can't touch anything, do anything, without soon ruining that superb skin decoration through contact. Can this guy even sit without thinking twice about the flowers on his butt? I'd hesitate. Maybe it gives them an elegantly cautious gait... Do they have a camo pattern for hunting parties? :-)
Amusingly, "Omo" in France was the name of a very famous washing powder. Sometimes flower-scented!!! "Abra cadabra, me witch doctor, change your skin from flower colors to flower SMELL!"
