This Tee is da bomb

[Thanks to TidBITS.]
One Apple geek tee-shirt feature the old-timey bomb symbol that Macs showed before OS X to hint that your computer had gone belly-up.

Apart from the (in retrospect) morbidity of the symbol, I find it amusing that you will not be allowed to board an airplane in an American airport if you are wearing this tee-shirt visibly. Seriously. Admittedly that's not a confirmed fact, it's an educated guess based on what kind of shirts people have been blocked for wearing. I know I wouldn't try it, these people have no sense of humor.

What, no "Sad Mac" shirt?

Of course not. It's been verified that people above a certain intelligence threshold will not be allowed to work for the airport. It would drastically improve service and it would limit acts of terrorism through common sense. Standards for government inefficiency would slide! Think of how many people would actually be satisfied! Do you want that? You, sir, must be of the most unsavory type yourself, and I will leave before you infect me with your madness.

Thanks for the idea - I'm going to design one of those and see who buys them - and where they're displayed.

If permitted, I'll place the url to the new shirt design here, at least for public commentary and critical reply.

If done under this post, and in a non-spammy way, okay.

Ideas are cheap but not free ;-)

I'll bet Susan Kare wouldn't mind if she got a few cents for every time one of her designs are used!

Where do you work,Eric? Maybe a security guard at an airport? Or a janitor? Something which requires no skills, no intelligence.
