WON'T SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN! We all know that no child has ever seen a bare bottom in their lives, and we should strive to keep it that way! After all, bottoms are associated only with filth, immoral desires and unpleasant odours! Bad bad man!
Hey, an "A four digit" ain't no big highway. Sure, it's arterial, not a "B" road, but four digit. There is a good chance that kids would be present. (just checked maps.google.com, and put in "Cramlington, UK" as the search, you can see that Dudley lane goes through a housing estate.
Secondly, no need to prosecute? You mean that passenger was wearing a seatbelt?
I've got to tell you, the sight of a grown man's bare ass would be enough to traumatize me! If the only people who ever mooned anyone were models in great shape with toned, hair-free asses...no problem!
