Just after sunrise, January

Laurie Jeffery said: Excellent! What equipment did you use?

Thanks, friend.
Olympus OM-D E-M1, with the pro grade 12mm-40mm F:2.8. (It's the equivalent in view angle and image quality to the Canon and Nikon 24-70mm 2.8 zooms, but much more portable (and with a notch more reach).)
It's nice to have such a sharp and fast zoom. With a slower lens I'd had to use a tripod, and there was no time for that, light changes very fast with the sun close to the horizon, and indeed, on my last frame, the street lamp had been turned off!
And I still consider the E-M1 to be the best all-round camera there is right now.

Hard to believe that's England. Well, it is northern England. Pretty cool pic. I wouldn't have thought a working-from-home, I'm-my-own-boss kind of dude would also be an upping-with-lark sort of chap. :-)

Well, some are. But usually *I* am not, trust me. This was an exception.

That window is between the bedroom and the bathroom . . .

Bzzzzz. Those are on opposite sites, dude. But bless you for playing.

It's not so funny for me. I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Not only am I constantly too exhausted to go out, if I do, it's startlingly painful.
So that my pictures the last couple of years have been mainly from home has not been out of laziness.

That's too bad. Could it be diet related? You should try Dr. Fuhrman's program, which isn't just about weight loss, here.

This is interesting too.

Chronic fatigue syndrome, like fibromialgia, is a load of bollocks.

Eolake's not interested in anything that would improve health - if it's not easy. One of my uncles - over 300 lbs. and on enough medication to choke a horse (high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, other shit) but doesn't seem interested in anything that might actually improve his health.
