Gaiman talk

“Nothing I did where the only reason for doing it was the money was ever worth it, except as bitter experience.” — Neil Gaiman

It's weird to see ol' scruffy Neil in that robe.
I've been reading Neil's work since his early Sandman over 20 years ago. He's real plugged in. This may become as famous as the Jobs Stanford talk.

Gaiman might've been more willing to do things for money if what he did do hadn't luckily been so lucractive.

A, Gaiman worked very hard for many years before he started earning good money.

When he would have had to work solely for the money. After he did hit it big, he had the luxury of not having to do that anymore.

My pleasure.
Like I said, I've been reading his work since we both were young men!
(BTW, man, he has aged since the last video I saw of him.)

If you ever liked any comics, try Sandman, it's unique.

If you like a good, unusually grounded fantasy novel, American Gods is great.
