Even if it's not a joke, it's pretty funny.
Yeah, it's sort of the Sony NEX system taken to its logical extreme.
"Two loopholes on each end of the case let you tie on a camera strap, so you can hang it around your neck just like your real DSLR."
Cool. Now if only someone manufactured a film back for the iPhone. Then we would be all set for some serious photography. ;-)
I wonder how many people will ruin the housing of their iPhone by trying to hold it like a real camera while their 300mm lens is attached to it!
