Notes on life, art, photography and technology, by a Danish dropout bohemian.
When you drink the water, remember the river.
I saw a Twitter post that said if you watch the NASA movie backwards, it's about a space agency that has no spaceflight capability, then does low-orbit flights, then lands on moon! It's kinda hard for me not to be a little bummed out about the decommissioning of the space shuttle program. In 1969 I was looking forward to getting a ticket on one of these in the not too distant future: http://youtu.be/b9TBYFvKeDE Now I'm not that confident that regularly scheduled, commercial space travel will happen in my lifetime.
Yeah, it's a bit depressing that the broad public needs a cold war to see value in exploring space.
