Short poem about schizophrenia

Roses are red
violets are blue
I'm a schizophrenic
And so am I

Source unknown?

You wrote it, man!

Nah, I think I read it in a comic book many years ago.

I have seen this quote attributed to Oscar Levant.

That's similar to one I/we saw in 'Custom Car' on the 'graffiti board' many years ago:-

"I'm not schizophrenic,
and neither am I".

For which non-PC 'comments', I can feel a slap coming on from someone among your (many?) critics, Eolake !

Michael,
No I did not! ;-)

Papers are read,
Violets are green,
I'm a daltonian
And I can't rhyme!

Or how about this one?

Violets are red
Roses are serene
According to Gauguin
(Or Warhol, this time?)

Notice that it "un-rhymes" EXACTLY the same way as the previous!
Two distinct poems that only rhyme with each other. Now, if THAT ain't schizo, I dunno what is.
But enough thinking I'm Salvador Dali already.
"The only difference between Dali and a madman, is that *I*, sir, am not a genius."

In case you're wondering where I've been wandering, I should stop being overtaken(!) by work in about two weeks.
"A man's profession is his castle!", as sone royal-grade nutso once said while sitting on the throne and having brain farts.
(No, Josie, not everything is about you!)

Is too.

Is not!

IS TOO!

IS NOT!!!

Pipe it down, you jerks! Some of us are actually trying to sleep the neuroleptics off, ya know.
