Me on playboy TV

I am not sure how many of you are aware of my appearance on the Playboy TV channel a couple years back? It was surprisingly good.
(They keep rerunning it in different countries, so it's been good exposure for me and Domai.) (Well, it's also given me a reputation locally as a adult web king or something, strange. :-)

You can now get the show for free download, thanks to my pal Carter who captured and compressed it.
Apart from yours truly, it also has many beautiful nekkid chicks in it. :-)

If you like it, tell your friends.

When I watched the video, there was one copy about 8-1/2 minutes long with sound, followed by another copy of the same video but no sound.

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

Funny, I just get an 8-minute video, regular, with sound.

A very well done clip. It's great that the presenter gradually loses her clothes, only to become a simple nudes model herself at the end.

Good comments from you. Either you thought about what to say very carefully, or they did a good job picking the best lines in the edit phase.

You should contact them and suggest they do an update!

Thanks, TTL.
Yes, it turned out even better than I'd dared hope.

I always think carefully about things, some would say I very much over-think things, and I can't argue. But also I think the editing was excellent.

The one thing I didn't like, I have removed from the video (maybe I shouldn't have, not sure). On these shows, they end each segment with a little comment at the end from the host. And these comments, the ones I saw, are always sort of snarky and unpleasant. For example about the "Bang Bus" (a very popular sex, they (seemingly) pick up girls from the street and frig and film them in a van) they said: "it stinks in the van".
And about me and Victor, the hostess commented that it seems we don't know how to relate to models. The models all wanted to hang out with the Americans, they were fun! And as a matter of fact, "one of them even hooked up with our cameraman"...

I could figure out that last one, it had to be the girl I'd brought from UK, who had refused to share a hotel room with me. I had no plans for a physical relationship, but it was still a bit of a blow to my feelings of manhood when she then jumped in bed with the cameraman, who she'd known for three days. :-)

Anyway, to me, not having sex with the models seems more a sign of professionalism than "not knowing how to relate to the models".

How old is this clip? I've not watched the Playboy station even though I subscribe to their magazine because I prefer sex and nudity to seem natural and not staged. So I luv it when there is a treat on TV; a well timed shot of a beautiful lady, a nice double entendre, or such rather than overt, in you face all the time sexuality.

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

It's maybe four years old.

To be honest, this is probably the only clip on Sexcetera which was like this. The rest are about various companies in the porn business, and... well, just look at the web.

Eo, I don't get it: when I click on the link there appears the website of a company and a button: "start free download". Ok, when I click I get silly questions (like "what do you see: an old woman, a girl, or both"). I'm not clicking on such a rubbish: who knows what sort of viruses I'm activating with my click.
This is not professional at all. This is mere rubbish. I'm not blaming you, Eo, maybe it's because I'm browsing with my iPod (which uses Safari), and I also see from the other comments that a download is indeed possible.
I so much wanted to see YOU in a video.
Can you give me some advice?

Monsieur Beep! said...

Ah yes: I ask myself why can't I simply get the video at YouTube????????

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

Nudity usually has a video removed fast on youtube. But if anybody wants to post it there (would not look good if I did it), please do so. We can see how it goes.

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

Me, I have actually been impressed with how clean and easy MediaFire is for a free file-posting site. Usually they are horrible. The popular Rapidshare.de for example gives you longer and longer waiting times if you are not a subscriber.
I have not encountered anything like you describe. (I too use Safari, only on a Mac. I am using ad-blocker "Glimmer blocker".

Oh I've noticed that this is indeed the case with YouTube, they seem to be a bit old-fashioned when it comes to showing the blank metal of an airplane.
Flickr also has it's restrictions but as they let you install your own shame-or-no-shame hurdles there is really no problem: on the contrary, I've seen the very best and most natural and sweet videos (and photos) on flickr.

Eolake said...

You can post videos on Flickr? Hmmm.

I just tested a new youtube account for this... get this: youtube told me that this 8-minute video is over ten minutes long! So I guess there is something odd about that file.

I'll try another version.

Monsieur Beep! said...

I suspect that this is a country specific issue: when I clicked a second time on that free-download link on the site of that company I got a question sheet in german, by a german telephone company, to do some silly math calculations. Obviously, at least this might be true for Germany, the company and their co-operating companies want to get more information from a potentially future customer. As is the case with all free sites. Nobody works for free.
I will now try the alternative way, thank you so much Eolake, for your time and my apologies for the inconvenience.

Monsieur Beep! said...

Yes you can upload videos to flickr, I guess you'll need to install a "pro" account for some 25$ to do so, among some other benefits which you'll be entitled to as a "pro". And it seems that the length of the video is also limited. No wonder because videos are using lots of space on a server. But then: better short quality than lengthy blahblah n'est-ce pas?
I recommend you try it all out with your flickr account, please make sure that it's a "pro"account. You can also find several (non bare metal) videos on my site which I uploaded for testing. But it all worked out just fine and satisfying.

Eolake said...

OK, see it on youtube here.

(It's amazing that you can now watch a video, in reduced quality, *before* it has been fully processed. I wonder how they do that. (And why.))

Monsieur Beep! said...

For an example please check out the link which I'm giving on my own blog "the mystery of our existence". It can be found in the post named "man Woman relationship" dated November 18, 2009. A brilliant stop motion video from a talented artist. Sorry I can't give you any links from here but that'd involve too much fumbling since I'm writing all this on my iPod touch.
Have a good start into the brand new week.
(:-))

Monsieur Beep! said...

The YouTube link works fine! Thank you so much for sharing! (:-))
I liked best when even the reporteress herself decided to enjoy the natural way, and how she was "adapting herself" during the video!
Also nice to see you in person!
How about installing the video in the domai site?

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

I can't, I don't have the rights.

I think the genius of the thing comes from the writer and editor, Scott something. I think he had the whole arch and everything planned out, and everything she says written. Nice guy, I liked him. (They were all very personable.)

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

Re the hostess' comment (that I removed), somebody just said to me: "The Playboy hostess woman was probably very jaded and used to sleaze."

Which is a good point. Being soaked in the US porn world six days a week is bound to affect your view on life.

dave nielsen said...

You look like a giant walking next to those other two.

I don't completely agree with the idea that it's done as though the camera isn't there, as they are often looking right at it, and sometimes do a sexy pose instead of acting naturally. It also can't be completely without sexuality. Otherwise I can't see anyone looking. But I understand the idea better now after having seen some of the "mainstream" stuff, which can only be described as gross and crude.

It seems odd that most of your members are European, though.

dave nielsen said...

Anyway, to me, not having sex with the models seems more a sign of professionalism than "not knowing how to relate to the models".

Yes, I'd have thought that as well. Plus I think a photographer of nude models is less likely to be tempted to bang every one of his models because he'd be so used to nudity. Not that you'd lose an interest in sex, but maybe it would help to look past just the body.

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

"It seems odd that most of your members are European, though."

They are not. Does it say so? (It's been a while since I watched the whole thing.) 2/3rds are American, at least were, the last time I looked.

It's true you get used to nudity. Also, when I'm photographing, there's no mental space left for things like sexual excitement.

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

... Yes, I have watched it now, and Victor and the host do say those two things. They are not major points, but I would not have said them. Most of my photographers are European, but not the members.
And clearly, while the "no camera" feeling is a sort of ideal, it is not practical, and in practice there is posing being done, so the camera is clearly felt.

dave nielsen said...

Most of my photographers are European, but not the members.

Most of the models, too, it seems. Which makes sense if most of the photographers are European.

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

well, the video has now been removed. It lasted much longer than the last one I tried with any nudity.

"The following video(s) from your account have been disabled for violation of the YouTube Community Guidelines:

I can see their not wanting porn on YouTube, but that little bit of nudity? Do they employ people to watch out for this stuff, or do they rely on other users ratting people out?

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

I suspect mostly the latter.

I have seen a clip from The L-Word, which had nudity. Been there a while, seems nobody had reported it.

Hm...interesting, isn't it; I wonder *why*! lol! ;-)

Eolake Stobblehouse said...

... BTW, about that model: just want to make clear that I had not expected to share a *bed* with her, only a room. I had paid her way, and I'd booked a double room as a matter of course.

Perhaps it's because I'm Danish, hardly anybody there thinks twice about this kind of thing, it's not assumed something is going on just because two people share a hotel room.

Paul,
Must be your video player. I have several ones, and SOME of them do the same. Sometimes with MANY videos.

to me, not having sex with the models seems more a sign of professionalism than "not knowing how to relate to the models".
Patience, I'm sure R.A.F. will find a snarky comment to make about THAT.
But myself, I fully agree.
Were it not for my professionalism, during my Psychiatry internship, I could have allowed a depressive spinster to "rape" me. (But frankly, she wasn't pretty enough! ;-)

Any depressive models throw themselves at your neck for comfort, Eo? (Now THAT's a novel fantasy, I'm sure. ;o)

..."or such rather than overt, in you face all the time sexuality."
It's not so much the overtness that I mind, as the tastelessness, the "appeal to the lowest instincts". I feel grossly insulted by "smut".
And I take offense by any seeming claim that sex cannot be tasteful and beautiful. JMO.
Smut is to making love like pigging out is to gastronomy.

"please do so. We can see how it goes."
My guess? "Promptly"! :-(

"they seem to be a bit old-fashioned when it comes to showing the blank metal of an airplane."
That's very elegantly expressed! :-)

"when I clicked a second time on that free-download link on the site of that company I got a question sheet in german, by a german telephone company, to do some silly math calculations."
Tsk, tsk! Nosy, nosy!

"The Playboy hostess woman was probably very jaded and used to sleaze."
Most likely. I bet she found THAT shooting's topic most refreshing.
(And not only because she was prancing around in a brook. ;-)

"Also, when I'm photographing, there's no mental space left for things like sexual excitement."
Same when I'm performing breast palpation. I'm fully in "professional mode", but in non-professional situations, I'm no more jaded that the next guy. Only a bit more level-headed, maybe, from being used to treating patients as a whole and not just a body.
Then again, sleazy Doctors are easy to find. :-(
So I guess "it's just me".

"well, the video has now been removed. It lasted much longer than the last one I tried with any nudity."
Like I said: "promptly"...

But how come they don't seem to mind a clip like this one? Thanks to the violence toning down the eroticism? ):-P
Maybe your film would also last longer, if there was some spanking in it...

That's because you Danes are sadly lacking in imagination!
Hans Christian Andersen excepted, but he'd dead.

BTW, funny enough (sorry), that brook was *right* next door to a main road. Like fifteen meters. I'm amazed we can't hear any cars in the video.
It was only shielded from the road by being lower, and by a thin line of trees. And yet it looks like we're in the country.
