Testing

Blogger has just updated this blog to the new software. (It was late because this is apparently a very big blog, and it took time for the software to be ready for those.) So I want to test if I can now post bigger images than before.
... Hey! It works! It seems I can now post pictures up to 1600 pixels on the long side. How about this beauty?

I find it was easier to leave a comment before the introduction of the new blogger version. There are more identification hurdles to take now, and writing a blog hasn't become any easier.
Maybe, though, it's my fault. Maybe I'm too stupid. Dunna no.

Have a good weekend - looking forward to Eolake's appreciated "week-end productions" :-))

Greetings from Monsieur Beep / Gen

Thank you very much.

I find quite a few improvements on blogger now.

Also I finally don't have to use the twisted-letter identification when I comment on my *own* blog! Much appreciated.

Gen, what's up with the new moniker?

Oh I just like it. It's a relict from my not-so-long-ago stint with AOL, where you can have 7 screen names.
The story behind MB:
I once saw a Dutch website by a certain "Madame Beep". I liked that name, and adapted it so I could use it as well.
Watch out and beware: in the not too distant future I might be using "Hans Wurst", or even "Fritz Kraut" as akases, referring to my German origin.
I have no qualms using them.

;-)) still Monsieur Beep, whose favourite colour is pink, weird for a bloke huh??

A friend's little daughter at three once looked out the window, very thoughtful, and said to her mother: "Mom, wouldn't it be beautiful if everything was pink?"

In fact, pink cheers me up. Strangely enough, "beep" and "pink", to me, are related, probably because on that woman's web page a lot of pink was used. Mind you I'm not talking lingerie here.
Good to see you made a theme for a post of it.
