Thanks Eolake. What would interest me is how you got to run that site in the first place.Any tips for budding web-entrepreneurs?
There is some info here.
That's an excellent book and the author, Ken Evoy is an amazing man. There is no one on Earth more devoted to his customer's success than Ken Evoy.I use his hosting and site building service (SiteSell) and have read almost everything he's written on "netrepreneurship." I am very happy with the results.Anyone interested in earning a living on the net should read that book and get on board with Ken.
Yes, Ken's products rock, and so does Ken personally. He once gave me a tip about two excellent films I may otherwise have missed. (Sexy Beast and Life as a House.)
Reading and applying it made my sales on my commercial site jump over 50% and stay there.Let me guess. This was when you started posting the Pic of the Day on the home page?
No, I did that earlier. It was when I made a dedicated sales page with text instead of just a page of samples and a Join button.
Ah! Great observation, and a valuable tip for many of us. Thanks.
