Why hide beams?

One purpose of under-clothes nipple covers is to hide the fact that you have nipples, especially when they are on "full alert"...
One ad, in Oprah Magazine, says "avoid high beam situations", with no trace of irony.  :-)

That's one of those things I consider tragic. Nothing so sexy as "high beams", so why hide it? It *is* covered, so can hardly be called obscene.

I'm with you EO. Personally, I search out those high beam events. Simply lovely...
Whoever invented this bra should be hung up by their toenails.

And now every woman in the U.S. wears yoga pants everywhere, yet there are no ads concerned with (insert euphemism here). We do love our double standards here in the States.

Side note, I'm such a dummy and have been house hunting this year, so I thought this post was going to be about architecture. I guess that it is, just not the way I had assumed. Happy New Year!

It's freedom of choice. The beamer's choice.
