From a Tuesday afternoon

----
Sony RX100 II, auto.
As a technical aside, the second picture, girl with a ladder: It's taken indoors with a pocket camera... on tele-setting! (100mm-equivalent)... *and* it is cropped rather a lot. And yet the grain in the door is fully sharp. Amazing camera.

By the way, I used at least three different settings on the zoom for these. Even a 3- or 4-X zoom on a camera really boost its usefulness, in my view.

The placard in the second photo is making me hot! ;-)

Do people start moaning halfway through their meal ala the diner scene in Harry Met Sally ?

I agree Russ, I thought that food placard was pretty dam funny. And I find the odd juxtapositions with the other other elements slightly funny too.

I love so many things about that first one; the clouds, the lamp, the lines and open spaces of the windows; love that window in the door, on the 2nd one; and...love the purple chair and the bokeh coloring of the surrounding others of the last one; very cool... Nice to see pics, again, Eo; thanks for sharing... :-D

Thanks, TC. I was very pleased with the way the colors of the leather showed. Normally this bright colors don't appeal to me, but they must have done something just right.

That's some decent DR and very impressive auto metering.
