In ya pocket

My pal Jimmy told me:

I suggested to a friend, who's always broke, to keep a $100 bill in his wallet at all times, which I started doing decades ago and it got me out of the starving artist rut.

Hi Eolake,

I've seen this suggested before, in a book called "Money Is My Friend" by Phil Laut.

It's based on the idea that people stay broke so long because it's depressing to be broke, whereas it's difficult to be depressed with £100 in your wallet.

Thanks, Graham.
While I don't have the interest in money itself I used to have, I'm very interested in how our minds and expectations affect our experiences, so I'll look at this book.
