Show biz

Joe was working in the circus, shoveling up the dung after the elephants.
Joe complained. He complained loudly, and continuously. On and on and on and on. Finally a friend said to him: "Joe, you never quit whining. If you don't like shoveling dung, why don't you get another job?"
"What!?" said Joe, "and quit showbusiness?!"

Giving advice as deep as that is not something I think anybody can do.

Eo, I think you meant "Giving advice as deep as that is not something that JUST anybody can do."
Surely Somebody can do it - at least for this one soul.
I recommend: Listen to you Parent before you ruin your life and theirs! (At Least until you know both what you want and how to get there.) Art is a good ambition to devote you SPARE time and DISPOSABLE $ to, AFTER you've established a VIABLE VOCATION!
