Perceptions

If you can't trust your own perceptions, what can you trust?
Any evidence you will ever get of anything comes through your perceptions.

Any two different people looking at the same object or problem can perceive it differently How does that help?

Examples:
Trusting your instinct as to whether who to trust, what is good for you or bad for you, or whether to make a specific change in your life or not.

Instead of being directed by your mother, your boss, or whoever.
