Winter super-"tyres"

This video shows what seems to be a real leap forward in the viability of otherwise normal cars in real winter conditions. Mini-caterpiller tracks fit over each wheel.
First thought: I want one! Fantastic idea, finally someone worked out how to make the system work (maybe?) Probably needs an all-wheel-drive truck. Second thought - now you can get your self stuck even deeper in the woods than ever before!
