DIY ringflash
DIY ringflash. Kewl, 'cuz a good ringflash is very expensive and bulky.

Made one of those many years ago. Sprayed the interior of the cake mould with silver metallic paint and used a Vivitar 283. It burned about a stop and ½ but worked pretty well.
Gives the illusion that you're walking around with a Vivitar 283 on a lightstand with a cake mould attached. :-)
