Sure :-) Replay Media Catcher by Applian will do the job very simply without loss of quaility ... just tried and it produces the full clip, a 5.18MB flv file within seconds.
For the Mac (Applian's app is PC only, I think) I keep RealPlayer Downloader running in the background, and whenever I want to download something like this there is a high probability that it will be available in the monitoring list. Ironic that this is in FLV.

Me too, it works flawless, within seconds.
I used Nirsoft's ChromeCacheView to grab it from my browser cache. They have similar cache viewer apps for IE, Mozilla and Opera.
