Me: “Alright sir, I looked at your computer and it looks like you need to reinstall your office software before we can proceed.”
Customer: “Oh, okay.”
Me: “Can you show me where your software installation CDs are?”
Customer: “My what?”
Me: “The CDs that your office software came on when you first bought them.”
Customer: “Oh, I threw those out.”
Me: “Why? Was there something wrong with them?”
Customer: “No, of course not. I installed the software and then threw out the empty discs.”

EO, the problem here is that this it TRUE. I work with computers and ask that question, where are your CDs, quite often and just get blank stares..
Some people are just dumb and the others are simply stupid...
"Some people are just dumb and the others are simply stupid..."
Uhm... sir? How do you tell these two apart?
Pascal, it's all in the body language. Also, dumb people say "DA, what CD's". Stupid people just throw them away stupidly and use the CD drive as a coffee cup holder(grin)...
D'uh... coffee cup holder?
So THAT's what it's for!
Thanks for the tip.
Hey, you can also use it to put down your doughnut, so you don't get jelly and crumbs on your keyboard!
My computer came with a nice disc-shaped mirror. Ain't technology great?
