Takagi Masukatsu

Takagi Masukatsu visual music (watch the video lower on that page).

This is one of the clearest pieces of evidence I've seen that the computer allows us to create worthwhile art which could not be made in any other medium. I think his work is beautiful.

Very nice!

The east is in the process of reconfiguring the power of balance in the world. Economically, politically, and culturally.

There was a DOS computer program called Farout a few years back which
drew waves of moving multicoloured patterns on the screen. Very impressive and beautiful for its time (mid-1990s).

I agree, it couldn't have been done in the era before computers.

Sorry, Eo. 34 megabytes is over my dial-up capacities, I'm not watching this movie any time soon.
Even though I'd love to.

I'm with Pascal, I need a newer Quicktime, all I get is a flashing white rectangle. I'll try from my laptop later.

Can you imagine having to buy a new turn signal every time they painted new white lines on the highway?

This movie is nothing like 34MB, I'm sure. It plays for me as readily as a youtube video.
(I get no indication of its size, how do you?)

Usually, right mouse click, and "Save As".
In this case, I edited the page to find the movie's link, and copied it in a custom-made HTML page.
I also need to patiently download every YouTube movie before viewing. Aroung 5 minute for 1 megabyte, on a good day.

My brother uses the internet for his work, His patience has worn thin. We've been waiting for years now for decent State-provided fast internet, which officially is finally being installed... in the most populated areas! We're planning on going wireless soon, and to Pluto with this mafia-regime's telecom monopoles.
(Pluto: latin name for Hades, greek god of Hell. Also a very remote and uninhabitable frozen space rock.)
