Wispy clouds
Ray sent me these clouds, nice for the desktop.
Blogger only goes up to 2MP with images, which is a fair size, but if you want them even bigger (many screens are bigger these days, even on laptops), take this zip file.
Very nice set.. I especially like the first one, where the clouds seem almost botanical in nature.
My imagination is always captured by that single puffy, cotton ball cloud that hangs in the middle of a cobalt blue (almost cloudless) sky. How did it get there? Where did the rest of his buddies go?
I also like clouds that show a change in the weather. Here's a couple of shots I took last year that are a good example of that:
