Thanks for the dream, Alyson

Do you ever have a dream so nice that it leaves you feeling good long after awakening? I had one this morning, involving me, Alyson Hannigan and a friend of hers (at least they seemed very friendly). A gentleman doesn't tell, so I'll keep mum, but oh, that was a nice dream.

    All the middle-aged women I know get pleasantly warm and delighted when a young hunk walks by, and somehow it does not bother me. In fact I'd wonder what the problem was if they didn't. It's just our biological nature.

    No offense, Eo, but...I would have to count myself as one who does NOT "get pleasantly warm and delighted when a young hunk walks by" and...I can assure you that I don't have any "problem." I just happen to find older men more attractive, than dudes younger than me. Just saying.

    Yeah. It takes all kinds. :-) I do wonder, though, if that is more a preference w/men (preferring the younger) but...not sure. There is, certainly, a fair share of women dating (etc.) younger men. And...who knows; perhaps I'll "turn a corner," at some older age, and discover otherwise. :-D

    This age thing IS weird. I make no pretense about this, I've ALWAYS had partners who were substantially younger than I am, since I hit my early 30's.
    Simple fact is that my life revolved around younger, beautiful women both professionally and socially, so it would likely have been impossible for things to be otherwise.
    Many years down the line, I'm still in that same fortunate position: the age gap remains quite substantial, but the partners grow older ... a large part of it is now the fact that I find little in common with people of my own age, male or female, the vast majority of which seem to be at least a generation older than I am in most senses.
    There DOES seem to be a divide, however: even today, it seems to be far more socially acceptable for a guy to have a younger partner than the perceived 'older woman / toyboy' scenario.

    Funny: when I look him up on here, though, he doesn't do a thing for me! There's something completely different-looking re: the other pic I linked to, that isn't here, and I think that it is a look of "maturity" that I really don't see in all of these! Nice bod, too, but...it's attached to a "baby," practically! lol! Ick! ;-) Funny how that is diff for me than how you dudes seem to "want" and "lust" after them as young as "you" can get 'em! :-P
