How to disagree

How to disagree, article.
An interesting classification of types of counter-arguments.

  1. I thought the "hierarchy" quite humorous; and...the need for there to be a "winner." lol! I don't see disagreements as always having a "winner" because that would also imply that there is a "loser." (of course) I think that 2 or more people can disagree and BOTH/ALL have valid points to their "argument." No one has to go away a "winner" or a "loser;" that just seems like something that happens...in a sandbox! ;-)

(sorry; wasn't trying to sound contrary! Really! lol! :-)

  2. Oh, I *SO* disagree with you there, Eolake! As my good buddy (or at least familiar acquaintance) Josie would so eloquently put it: "Of course you would say that. u r a scandinavian!!!!!!!!!!" (Albeit an extrovert one :-)

    TC,
Haven't you heard? Life IS ALL about making others into losers so that one's pathetic narcissic little self will feel like more of a winner when stepping on them.
(Sorry, not trying to sound contrary! Just argumenting ire-rationally. ;-)

P.S.: that's right, I'm disreetly making my big comeback on the blog!
Tremble, trolls! Shiver, snivelers! The P-4 is back, and he's looking for a tibia to pick and a femur to gnaw, arrgrrrr!
