Most race cars are built by hand; even if they start with a mass produced vehicle. Specing and tuneing an engine, porting and polishing intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, headers; tuning the suspension; it's all done by hand.
At one time I was very much into muscle cars, street racers, etc., though I now think mini-vans are the slickest thing on wheels.
Isn't this a Lamborghini Countach? (One of the cars I find the most elegant, BTW.) Why would anyone need/want to soup up one of these? They're ALREADY very powerful cars! A sports car built by italians. Need I say more?...
"No, signor, I'm not giving you a ticket for speeding. I'm giving you a ticket for flying too low in a civilian zone!" B-)
Holy... santa madonna! He built himself a Lamborghini from scratch? That guy's hopping insane!!! He's also my hero. :-D
