Totally hil. Talk about your basic culture clash.

  1. Don't you just KNOW that this is going to end up as a ring-tone for mobiles?
Bring back the frog ... all is forgiven! :-)

  2. Let's see... I don't see any holes in my linoleum, it's not mushroom season, the bleach bottle is at its usual place under the sink, the glue tube cap is tightly shut, the catnip is intact, no Boutros Harb speech is airing on TV, my house's paint has been dry for years, my Amazonian Dendrobate tree frog is away visiting its family (back soon, Philocalist, fret not), I haven't put any bargain cologne today, my spam filter is on... Sweet Krishna, so what could have given me such hallucinations???

    @ Philocalist,
Well spotted! Undoubtedly viral. Powerful competition for the Swine Flu.

What I find most disturbing, is that the final logo reveals this was aired on the Indian version of Nickelodeon... a cartoon channel for kids! "Won't somebody PLEASE think of the children?"
This explains SO MUCH about India...

Notice also the clear local fascination for narrow waists and wide hips.

And I think these 3-legged "elves" are Quintapeds. But why in Sheeva's name would Scottish beasties in leprechaun footwear end up in the Indus Valley the ONE time it snows there in 57 years, that is beyond me, sahib!

  3. Today's the maid's day. She's from SriLanka.

I showed it to her (safely waiting until she had finished her work, for fear of distracting her too badly!), and she loved it.
But, although she knows that region's folklore and legends quite well, she couldn't identify these three-legged yeller Pac-ghosts. I guess they must be Hairy McBoons indeed, aye.

Once there (the site seems to be cleverly protected against hotlinking), here are the working links to copy/paste for the PDF pattern files:
