Given the size of the planet, and the typical astronomical scales, yes, it IS pretty amazing. Then again, maybe it's this thin precisely because it's a big planet. Maybe the strong gravitational field doesn't allow much straying from the equilibrium orbit plane.
Saturn also has another incredible feature: two of its moons actually keep swapping their orbits. Check Wikipedia for details.
