Nowadays, it takes less time to fly between countries than to reach and leave the airports with the traffic jams, go through customs and security checks, and wait for take-off.
Are we really living faster? And, more importantly, are we living more efficiently?
But this is another philosophical debate: aren't we spending our whole existences running around to earn the luxuries of these pleasant modern times, so much that we never get to enjoy them?
Spent half of yesterday helping my parents with gardening. No pressure, no hurries. Some days, I don't even watch TV...
BTW, nobody asked me about the title. It's a quote from one of the oldest songs by the venerable avant garde band out Denmark, "Sort Sol". Back when they were called Sods and were a punk band.
