White cat
This was one of our cats, at a young age. It was a beautiful cat. The trees/fog picture was taken from the terrace you see on this picture. You can see the hawthorns reflected in the windows.
You crack me up, Eolake. I kept thinking "Lines and textures...and pussycats, oh my!" lol! ;-) I really appreciated your humor, in this blog! Thanks!
Seriously, though: I appreciate you sharing your style of photography w/us. It's very helpful to an amateur such as myself. A whole new perspective. Thanks! :-)
But of course, Monsieur Pascal! Je comprends! lol! (and that was my best attempt @ Francais that I could muster! lol!) But...yes. Thank you for that reminder. I kind of compartmentalized my thoughts there, didn't I? My mind was in *photo mode* (or was it in a fog?! lol!)...trying to learn about "lines, tones, and textures." Seriously! So much to learn...about photography...and life, perspectively! lol! ;-)
You have a very interesting style, Eolake. Makes for some very beautiful pictures. I like the one of cat for reasons I can't explain at the moment.
I've tried off and on to concentrate on photography and take lots of great images, for what purpose I have no idea, most of them sit on my computer or camera for weeks. I entered one of my photos into a contest and supposedly won, but they wanted me to pay money to get my reward so I didn't put too much credit in that.
This is one of my galleries if anyone is interested. I'll have to keep Eolake's style in mind when looking through the viewfinder next time.
Pussy pictures, Eo?
ReplyDeleteI expect R.A.F. to pitch in any second... ;-)

TC,
ReplyDeleteThe very name of the game is perspective. And not just on the photography posts. ;-)
