Do you know what are the five horsemen of the apocolypse? Death, War, Hunger, Plague, and Italian Pop Music.
----
They could write some spooky stories in the olden days...
"And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."
But what's up with the "beasts of the earth"? I thought the fourth Horseman was Pestilence?
I don't know how the Greek interpretation holds up against hte British, but they sound more like hunter, war, justice and pest.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of a green horse too.
"666" is an interest album, both musically, and from the perspective of what Vangelis was doing 10 years before he scored "Blade Runner".
I've read the Book of Revelation. Methinks good John had discovered LSD early on...
ReplyDeleteThat stuff is, like, far out there, man.
Either that, or he played hermits a bit too hardcore. Hypoglycemia can cause hallucinations, "visions", but no study so far has established that the ones labeled as officially religious are any different from the others.
And who would DARE question The Religion enough to MAKE such a blasphemous conparative study, eh?
