Yes he was agressive and rude, but it made me think of how rude the others along the way were. I see this everyday; people who will walk through you because you happen to be walking slower than them, people blocking the sidewalk just to talk, cars that pull in front of you just to stop, ladies who expect you to get out of their way immediately...

I often wonder how people justify some of their actions. George Costanza told Jerry that a lie isn't a lie "if you believe it" and this is how people will relate a story of something happening to them. They will talk about someone else's rudeness but forget to mention that it was their own rudeness, thoughtlessness, callousness, etc. which brought on the other person's. When someone is driving aggressively, they will talk later about how slow everyone else was going, or how stupidly everyone else was driving.
He doesn't look bad, he simply looks normal. And I think that's used well in this video.
