"Nephew", Danish band

It seems Denmark has a new pop sensation, the band Nephew. And it looks like the country and even individuals are in two minds of whether it's great or crap. At first glance I kinda like their song Igen og igen og. ("Again and again and".) I think they'll go places.

    Very 80s sounding. Is that style in vogue again?

    I hope so. It would be nice if melody was an acceptable element in music again.

    Funny you should say it, to me the strongly remind me of another Danish band named "TV2", which was big in the eighties.

    Haha! You can say that again!

    I like them. They rely more on human talent than jazzy modern effects, so if they DO use modern effects too in the future, it could be excellent. There's merit in that clip.

    Okay, so on the downside, one coud say this looks like Teletubbies for adults. ;-)
