TTL has in recent times posted both excellent insights and links to many interesting things. So he is awarded the Kool Kommentator award, which is $100 worth of books on Amazon.com.

Update:
OK, TTL has sent me his book list, and they have been shipped now. From Amazon.co.uk actually. Due to his excellent English I did not realize TTL is not American but Finnish.

ReplyDeleteIn your opinion. In mine his comments are at best, "confusing."
This is not an insult either, but his explanations and strange posts are that of someone who is insecure with reality based earth and believes in things not relevant to real life.
Like some guru who speaks with weird concepts, believing that love is an "action" but not emotion. Maybe the amazon books can help him keep in touch with reality.
"someone who is insecure with reality based earth and believes in things not relevant to real life."
ReplyDeleteWell, heck, so do I.
If I had known there were prizes, I would have tried to be interesting and insightful, instead of just annoying.
ReplyDeleteOh, well. Too late now.
With those books from Amazon, TTL will probably just become even more interesting and insightful. How can I compete?
Seriously, congratulations, TTL.
Who knows, maybe I'll give an award one day for most anoying posts.
ReplyDelete... Of course in that area the competition is *also* quite stiff. :)
Holy Mackerel! You sure took me by a surprise here. I thought with my pot-stirring commentary I was on my way to getting banned from the place. The captain has mercy.
ReplyDeleteI am humbled and honoured. Luckily the guy with the wristwatch went before me, otherwise this would be too much to take.
I thank you all for your camaraderie, friendship, insights and sparring. I am so happy. In the words of last year's winner: Damn, my mascara is running. So much for "waterproof" brands...
$100 worth of books! So exciting! Where do I even start? From this, perhaps?
ha ha, fallen soldier, I share with TTL "strangeness", "insecurity with reality based earth" "like some guru speaking weird concepts", believing in "action not emotion." Very astute.
ReplyDeleteTTL, well deserved. Have fun shopping :)

There's always a next time, Michael. This is not a once-only award.

True. But I don't know if I'm allowed TWO commenting awards.
And who cares? I'm just being annoying for the fun of it!!! :o)
Say, Eolake, is "competition" a new slang word for naughty bits?
"I'm taking Viagra, it's good for the competition." :-D
Welcome to the award winners club, TTL. You'll pretty soon stop smiling when you see the membership fees! As first member, I get the privilege to set these. Founders keepers! (Nyahaha!)
[Now you know how I could afford that wristwatch.]
