This is another one which I only took because I was thinking "heck, you might as well snap it, it'll cost nothing since it's digital, and who knows, it might work anyway." And lo and behold, I like it. I might be learning something here, but darn if I know what.
This is the weirdest eye I've ever seen, even stranger than that of an octopus. Dude, what kind of creatures do you shoot? Was that a modern golem getting curious?
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! If you superimposed the shadows of an iris and pupil on the pavement you'd get an interesting illusion.
ReplyDeleteJust do it very subtly. Either that or do it more prominently but then use some real life object, say foliage, to forge the effect -- Dali style.
This photo wasn't my favourite to begin with, but now I am starting to see the possibilities! :-)
Different. Unique. Definitely used a photo warping technique. first thought - a Jim Henson Muppet's eye shot. But I've come to the conclusion that you are in a restricted area where they line sex offenders upon those white tracks, gun them down and then bury the bodies in the tranquil background.
ReplyDeleteWow. Talk about Eye of the Beholder. :)
ReplyDelete"a restricted area where they line sex offenders upon those white tracks, gun them down and then bury the bodies"
ReplyDeleteI bet Hollywood already stole that idea to make a horror/ghost movie based on it!
Speaking of Hollywood horror... the word verification I'm asked to enter this time reads "obeyfj". Who's this F.J.? An evil hypnotist, like Doctor Mabuse? Dr "Freakin' Jekyll", maybe?
They're here, everywhere I tell you. There is no escape but to join their undead ranks...
"Aaargh! The eye in the sky!!!"
